Hagerstown Ice & Sports Complex is proud to offer another FCA Skill Development Summer Hockey Clinic.  The clinic will take place throughout the summer, from June 18 - August 29. 

There will be various on- and off-ice workouts during each session.  Off-ice activities will include weight training, plyometrics, agility and speed training.  There will be opportunities for video review and guest speakers to discuss Hockey IQ. 

On the ice, sessions will focus on puck control, body positioning, checking, positional skill work and training specifically for goalies.
