Question:  What does a hockey specific off ice training program have to do with improving your on-ice performance?

EVERYTHING!!!!

What does sprinting or jumping have to do with hockey?

The comes in several parts, but the bottom line is, whatever makes you a faster sprinter will automatically make your a faster skater.  In testing thousands of players we learned there was a very constant relationship between running speed and skating speed.  On every team, from bantms to college, Olympics, and pros, the fasterst skaters are likely to be the fastest sprinters.

So...if you want to:

1.  Be faster skater?

2. Bee a better goal scorer?

3. Be a better stickhandler?

4. Be a more creative passer and playmaker?

5. Have fun hanging out and working out with other players?

Here is your opportunity!!
