The Hagerstown Ice & Sports Complex offers parties for any occassion during public skate sessions as well as private ice events (when ice is available).  In addition to parties, the rink also offers special discounts for youth clubs, social and church events. 

The rink offers the Girl Scouts the opportunity to earn a fun patch by enjoying time on the ice during a public skate with an instructor.  For the Cub Scouts, the rink offers the ability to earn the ice skating belt loop or pin and for the Boy Scouts, a program to earn the skate merit badge (scheduling is required for the BSA skate merit badge).
