We offer Stick and Shoot for all ages and abilities to assist and developing players shooting techniques.
The following rules apply:

• Open to all ages and levels of play

• Payment must be made when signing sheet

• No one may sign up over the phone

• Limited to 30 skaters and 4 goalies

• Full equipment is required including a helmet (under 18 face cage required
