We offer Stick and Shoot for all ages and abilities to assist and developing players shooting techniques.

 

The following rules apply:

Open to all ages and levels of play

Payment must be made when signing sheet

No one may sign up over the phone

Limited to 30 skaters and 4 goalies

Full equipment is required including a helment (under 18 face cage required
